"All Our Rage
is the name of a piece on the upcoming album.
the thing with rage (anger, sadness, anxiety… ) - it doesn’t feel good, doesn’t look good, can be quite destructive and scare people away.
And still, whenever I take the risk and allow myself to let it be, things are different afterwards. Usually better, clearer, calmer, transformed…
and sometimes relationships to people got deeper because they stayed taking care while letting me feel it all."

"What is a nourishing ground for loving relationships?
Relationships between parents and children, between family members, friends, lovers, between human beings.
I believe that one of the most important ingredients of loving relationships is to acknowledge each other as equals and to respect & uphold each other’s rights & responsibilities at any time. Otherwise it’s not a matter of love but of power and domination.
I highly recommend reading everything bell hooks has written about love. Her writing provided inspiration for the piece and title of my upcoming solo album: No Love Without Justice."

The human heart is an organ that pumps blood throughout the body.
The heart is located in the center of the chest, usually pointing slightly left.
A human heart is roughly the size of a large fist.
The heart beats about 100.000 times per day.
If the human heart is not able to supply blood to the organs and tissues of the body they will die. *
The human heart is not a natural environment for flowers and other plants but can have a blooming appearance under certan circumstances.
